Winter Festival

Entry Deadline:  October 19, 2009  Fee:  $15.00 per student

1.     Each studio has a total performance time limit of 2 hours, regardless of the number of students entered.

2.     Design a performance program.

3.     Instruments allowed: (a) All solo instruments. (b) Ensembles: Small choirs (up to 12 members) are welcome but risers     will not be provided.  All instrumental ensembles are welcome as long as each individual instrument does not exceed 50 pounds.  **Please keep in mind that electrical outlets will not be available.**

4.     If a student uses music, it must be the original. Photocopies are not allowed!!

5.     Fill out the Studio Performance Entry Form.  Each performer, excluding the teacher, counts as one student.

6.     Each teacher is required to monitor the front desk for at least one hour.  Be sure to fill in the time when you are available to work. 

7.     Send the Entry Form and one check on or before the deadline to: Heather Stagg, 21419 Encino Caliza, San Antonio, TX 78259.

8.     Performance programs are welcome but not mandatory as long as they conform to the attached template.  These programs should serve as a keepsake for your students, their family, and friends.  Please, no logos, sponsors or advertisers.  Programs may not be sold.

9.     Confirmation of performance time and location will be sent to teachers no later than one week prior to the event.

10. Teachers must be present at least 10 minutes before their studio’s performance time and during the performance.  Please strictly adhere to the time slot assigned.
